These SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern the text message program operated by Travent, LLC, in partnership with TAME Events, S. de R.L. de C.V. (collectively, “Travent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By expressly opting in to receive text messages from Travent, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, Travent may send you text messages related to:

• Event package availability and sales announcements;

• Requested quotes and follow-ups on inquiries;

• Promotional offers and marketing communications;

• Appointment or call scheduling and reminders;

• Updates regarding purchases, payments, services, and customer support; and

• Other information related to sporting events, hospitality packages, travel experiences, and Travent services.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

2. Message Frequency

The frequency of messages may vary depending on your interactions with Travent, the events you're interested in, and the services you request.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Travent text messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from the applicable Travent SMS program unless you opt in again.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to successful transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Travent.

7. Eligibility and Mobile Phone Number

You must be authorized to use the cell phone number you provide. If your cell phone number changes or is reassigned, you should unsubscribe or notify Travent promptly at info@travent.global.

8. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and consent provided for text messaging will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers and messaging aggregators as necessary to provide the SMS service, or when required by law. In accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, “LFPDPPP”), TAME Events, S. de R.L. de C.V. will process your phone number and SMS consent solely for the purposes described herein. You may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition) by emailing info@travent.global.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page along with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
